How to join the VFOC clan

hi to all the guys these,are the rules of joining the VFOC clan is these current
1.You have to know very good the game(NO NOOBS ALOWWED)
2.Every member(expect the admins) have to pass a test game the test will have a minumun 20 kills
3.The opponent that each member will pass is me admin
4.at the test game you have to be at least good there is no need to win
